You know what you will get at a Pizza Express, they have their food offer sorted. Tasty dough, reasonable portions, and you can use your clubcard points. All good. But this place is in serious need of a lick of paint, the walls are stained with the grease of bodies, and a hundred drinks that have been spilt. Come on pizza express management spend some money on your estate.
Thought we'd skip the local kebab pizza places and greasy Dominos FOR TAKEAWAY and decided that Pizza Express would be the best punt locally. Don't waste your money or time; the Halloumi Bites not sure they were Halloumi cheese potions sizes were measly, along with the Sloppy Vegan and Classic Vegan Giardiniera on original bases, which also lacked toppings and flavour! Also they came both cold and the edges singed! And as for the original bases, they might as well been made out of recycled cardboard! Save your money, go and get a frozen pizza instead or at least support a local takeaway, however dire.
After our visit to Arundel castle we went for a quick snack to this restaurant.Ordered Garlic bread, latte and Chocolate fudge cake. Chocolate fudge cake was super delicious The quantity of the garlic bread was very less and I feel it’s overpriced for the quantity. However the taste was good and it was super soft and cheesy.
This was the best authentic pizza I've ever had. You can tell this is straight from Italy ! The freshness was unmatched and I've never had anything like it . The pesto was absolutely delicious and the flavours were so strong They were so kind enough to bring me a free dessert for my birthday , and personally sing me happy birthday. It was the nicest experience I've had at a restaurant and the staff were so friendly! Thank you I'll definitley come back
What we had was really good , the taste doesn’t disappoint at all, i got their carbonara and the moment our food was coming to us, my carbonara was in a big bowl ang i assume it was loaded but it surprised me it just half of it, but that was okey it taste good.. just the amount of the carbonara and the bowl doesn’t match.. pizza was good as well.. really good
Such a great vibe ..our server was amazing sorry I didn't get your name as my family paid my bill. Food was great. You know what you're getting with pizza express but this was a really good one and in a love space and environment.
The young waitress this evening was outstanding and could not have been more attentive and pleasant. She should be rewarded. The new Mushroom pizza with truffle oil was delicious.
3/6 of us suffered. **Violent vomiting** hours after our visit on Sunday evening. The restaurant was freezing cold and service not so good either. Our waitress told us the boiler was broken, this was the reason it was so cold. I'm wondering if they had sufficient cleaning and hygiene in place during this time as we do normal suffer such severe sickness bugs or have any dietary exception's. I suspect Pizza express was responsible for our family being so sick. Would not recommend on this occasion.
Eaten here a few times and never had any issues with the food. The prices are in my opinion ridiculous for what you get. My last visit the staff were a little slow at times dealing with tables as I could see and hear other customers having to come and ask for various things etc... I would recommend a visit though as its in the town of Arundel which is beautiful.
One of few chain restaurants in Arundel so you know what you are getting. Food was served quickly. Pizza bases are thin and crispy. Good for kids. Range of non pizza dishes and salads.Food: 4/5
