Sparkling tea for 3. Nice glass of bubbles, sandwiches, scones and cakes. I can fully recommend the Victoria sponge. Brilliant, friendly service. Lovely touch making an Eton Mess as a special treat. Will definitely be returning soon.

Americans are suckers for any building over 100 years old. I’ve lived here for 5 years and have to ask myself: how can carrot and parsnip soup be so good that it deserves 5 stars? But it does..what can I say. I come to Arundel for Easter and this place is always on the list.

Nice little place. Although don't ask for mocha... I am really not sure what I drank... Sweet latte maybe?

Came here for a sparkling afternoon tea and was not disappointed. You choose which sandwiches and cake you would like, which is a great option to have. Only criticism is I would've liked more sandwiches as only had half a sandwich each. Scone and cake were delicious, needed more cream for my scone which was no problem at all for the lovely waitress who quickly brought over more. Would definitely recommend

Always good food, reasonably priced. Favorite meal is roast lamb with yorkshire.
