Called in Co-op bank today to do a bank transfer and advice on couple of things. It was so nice to be served by Julie who was very pleasant and completed all transactions very efficiently. She was very patient and kind which I appreciated. Thank you once again for great service with a smile   .

The staff are really friendly and will go obove and beyond to help you with any problem that you may have. Always had a great experience and I have not had to wait for a cashier in the queue. They have even put an extra person on the desks if the queue is getting long. Brilliant customer service. Well done!

Suddenly... the cash machine began to glow. It was outside... and the sun shone down from the sky. This doesn't always happen in England!  The staff are very friendly and efficient in this pod of coop's earth.

On every visit I find the staff are always very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Good steady bank
