Been into branch today to open my daughter an account, lovely lady helped us get set up and the process was quick and easy! The lady who helped us i didnt get her name was fantastic, great experience and service here.
Sue is extremely rude and makes it extremely difficult to achieve anything over the counter. She made me feel like an idiot. When did being customer make you the bad guy?
Recently went in to open my son a bank account. Met by a very nice chap on the front desk who greeted us and offered us a drink whilst we waited. We were seen quickly and the advisor took the time to explain everything to my son. As a company I like Nationwide due to its mutual status and the way it views customers. Overall, recommended. Crewe branch.
Always a queue every time I go in, they could certainly do with another desk. Don't get me wrong staff are lovely bar one miserable woman who looks like a pit bull chewing a wasp lol
Last week my account was temporarily closed due to fraudulent activities that happened on my Amazon account. The Building Society decided to stop my debit card to safeguard my account. Today I went to my local Building Society in Crewe, Market Street desperate for cash. All the staff on duty went above and beyond the current challenges and managed to help me. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!
Nationwide have failed me and refusing to explain why they have made a serious error. But they hide behind their terms and conditions that they don't need to explain themselves.
Nice friendly staff although no dog rule petty Went to do various transactions and closed for redevelopment.A disgrace as not been told about this.Why a new refurbishment when nearest one miles away..Want now to stop with Nationwide and switch.No consideration for customers.

Closed with no notification. Made a special journey to find out I have to go to Nantwich
