I would like to thank Vicky from crewe branch who went above and beyond to help and explain things to me today She was excellent
Only went in to deposit some money, as always I was instantly greeted by smiling friendly staff. They guided to me to the cash deposit machine, which I proceeded to use, as it was taking a while, I was approached by staff again to make sure everything was OK and as she approached the machine spat some money out so she straightened it and put it back in. Was a pleasant visit and staff were very helpful. Genuinely the best bank I have been with.
My dad visited on the 20th of April. Laura Eliza duta. From the word go her attitude was excellent really helpful put me at ease explaining the different options could ask for more. Very professional and a asset to the bank
Very helpful and honest staff. When cash deposit machine was jammed my fault - money was creased staff was very helpful. They recovered some of the trapped notes - £400 in next working day as they told me. Thank you
Awful branch. Staff uninterested and unpleasant. Instant deposit machines never working or breaking down half way through transaction. Never enough staff to number of customers. Might go back to Halifax.
Lloyds Bank in crewe is the worst bank branch. Banking employees does not listen to us when creating an account. Inefficient employees here. They will only assist you to get a rejection mail and will never help to open a bank account. Those who are reading this run as far as you can from the Llyods bank in Crewe. Go to Barclays or HSBC.
Ian the manager initially was all smiles. He had made a promise about when I was receiving a card. The promise didn't come through, when I returned to ask him about this he apologised and offer a resolution. I was not happy with the resolution so it escalated to a conference call between Jamie the manager and the complaints central team with a gentleman called Faisal. After an hour and a half of conference call in the branch office I awaited an explanation as to why this has happened and why I was lied too. Ian who the complaint was made about categorically denied me even being there despite being on the branches cctv. The central complaints received Ians email and based a decision that they do not believe it took place. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a fully grown adult.
Close the Sandbach branch and subsequently restrict/temporarily close the Crewe branch. Excellent customer service....
