Pretty much what you would expect from a failing franchise, over charged goods that are much cheaper online, and staff soo helplessly redundant we can expect see them at the nearest job centre any day now. A complete joke
I have purchased goods from this store on many occasions. I have always been treated respectfully. Very knowledgeable staff. I have also sold goods here and been offered a good price. Staff are always there to help and advice. The banter is good always come away smiling. I will be returning soon. Thanks to all staff for a warm welcome.
Been helping me out for years now! Staff are friendly, know what they are talking about and they give you fair prices on things u need to sell or buyback and most importantly have respect and no judgement! Highly recommended them.
As a seller the experience was awful. I brought several high value coins to sell one of which I have a valuation certificate from a coin dealer at £900. I kept the certificate in my bag. Cash Converters offered me £50 for everything and the person buying was very patronising. Assuming I knew nothing about the items I had and offering me peanuts as if he was doing me a really good deal. Very predatory and unfair, I obviously walked away but I made it very clear that I was aware of their value. They clearly saw a lone female in a store like that as easy pickings.
Took my laptop to CEX to sell and it failed the test for some reason to do with a installation key so I took it here and they bought it with no problem 10/10 recommend no hassal
Sold my xbox 360 and games on 31/08/18 the lads were very helpful friendly respectful to myself and my children and discreet in checking my items . Well done 10 out of 10 service will definitely shop there again.
I wouldn't be buying any fishing gear from there because last time i bought a rod it snapped. Also i bought a keep net and i Bearley used it and it was starting to rip on me. I won't be buying anymore fishing gear or tackle from the again it's not worth the money.
I went to cash converters crewe to sell a necklace and a broken chain and I was really impressed by the price they paid and the guy that served me couldn't have been more friendly and helpful
5* service along with a great attitude, thanks to david and team at CC Crewe, will defo return for some bargins.
they offer low prices for selling electronics, best of all they do not suggest prices from ebay only from CEX, it is better to sell on ebay
