Well stocked store which appeared to be kept clean and tidy. Staff seemed friendly and helpful when I asked for help to find the exit as there is more than one exit and the ones I went to were locked due to the time I visited. Large car park for parking
Went in to send off a returns parcel. A very kind member of staff called Tim helped me out when I had a bit of trouble. Very much appreciated. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves
'The' most frustrating shopping experience I've had in many many years, and why? Unmanned tills.nWhy do companies treat the very people who keep them afloat with such contempt.nnI did a shop £114 so not an insignificant amount of stuff. On the self service till massive queue on the few remaining manned tills, I pressed 'brought my own bag', placed my bag on the scales... Scanned first item, put in the bag, and it's came up with a message cancelling the shop, so had to start again, lady had to come over with ST scanny thing - barcode.nFrom then on, every 2-3 items I had to have someone come with the ST, what an abomination. By the end I wanted to put my foot through the screen... Please please please get rid of these awful tills! You are frustrating everyone who has the misfortune to use them.
Been made aware the staff are racist and ganged up on elderly customers. Made rude comments about people’s shopping
Absolute horror shownOrdered online. Told to collect between 2.30-3. It’s now nearly 4pm and I’m still waiting for my food. I was spoken to like a piece of dirt by some guy who resembled Hunchback of Notra Darm. Wait your turn. Nothing I can do about it. It’s not me. It’s not my fault.nnNever ever coming back here again and it stinks of death
