How could the NHS let them run this place? It is the worst gp I have come across. This people who works here don't they have to hold account for what they are doing. It is clear that they don't care about their patients and no one will ask them to put things right

ABSOLUTELY worst experience ever! This surgery is run by a bunch of clowns! The receptionists are present only to pass time and earn a living by sitting around telling people they will 'call them back'. A family member has had bad pains for two months now and when she visited the Doc prescribed meds...which is fine...But...She had to be taken in an emergency to hospital because her pains got so bad and the hospital doctor advised Dr Matookiya to refer her in urgency for scan! Have been waiting for this referral for two months now as it seems the staff is too incompetent to carry this task out! Some of their several excuses include 'lady dealing with this isn't in at the moment', 'i will give you a call back' and the receptionist had the audacity to use the recent incident which occurred with the NHS hacks as one of the reasons she couldn't help me out that day, and when i researched further it turns out their systems were absolutely fine on that exact day. Not only are the receptionist a bunch of liars they absolutely do not care about the patients. No wonder it has a 1 star rating. I have moved from this surgery and i am in the process of moving my mother this week! My advice to the doctor would be to look into the happenings of his incompetent staff! I have also lodged a complaint against them to the NHS (along with several other patients) I have various recordings of them hanging up on us and promising to call us back without actually doing so (for 2 months now). Pathetic is the most subtle word i can use to describe this 'surgery'. If you want to keep your sanity and need someone who will actually care about your health believe me a student in his first year of his medecine degree would be more than than these clowns!

The staff are rude and miserable and they make you wait for ages. Not professional at all.
