Lovely bar, love the angry fries and amazing atmosphere. Watched the football matches here many times and my favourite was when Liverpool beat Barca 4-0, amazing game and amazing place to enjoy with friendly staff and great for students.
Loved this place service with a smile as you can see enjoyed the Pitcher of long island drink lol
Great meal with the wife today, all regulations and social distancing measures were in place. I sat one end of the pub and she sat the other, never had a more peaceful or enjoyable meal in a while. Will definitely be back, staff were lovely to me. Think they felt sorry for me to honest.
Nice place for a bit of lunch if you fancy a snack plenty of ales to choose from and nice small beer garden , staff really friendly only thing the salad on the wrap wasn’t fresh and let it down . Gets very busy with drinkers around 2 pm on a Saturday. Would go again.
Impressed by covid practice, good balance between ease and security. Good drink selection and nice bar.
First time visit superb pub will definitely go back..
One of my fav places in town I went in for the 1st time since lockdown and it was great. Staff were helpful all way through and i had lovely drinks and food.
Unfriendly staff, bad atmosphere, slow service, average food not well executed and poor selection of beer
