3rd Friday every month THE GREEN ROOM, SHEFFIELD. 8-1am.

Alternative anthems across the board.

Dancing may happen; limbs will flail. Free in.

Story

Music and contemporary movement featuring an alternative-sprawl of musical interludes, including (and exceeding) Northern Soul, Funk, Punk, Ska, Beat, Baggy, Hip Hop, Prog, Folk, Indie, and maybe some pop. Lorks.

1st Saturday, Monthly, 4pm-8pm at The Green Room, Sheffield.

NOW REGULAR NIGHTS at The Golden Lion, Lancaster.

Visited for the Sheffield Fringe to see Concrete fuzz, who are great btw! It’s a small area for the bar and the stage room. It can get packed very quickly but the service was very quick given how busy it was. Staff were very nice. Biggest flaw was that they ran out of loo roll in the women’s toilet at around 20:00 on a Saturday night!
I just wanted to mention how fast the bar service was on Tramlines Saturday. We walked past Green Room, and considering how many people were outside drinking, we were sceptical about how long it would take to get served. However we decided to give it a go. Wow. No matter how many people were at the bar, it never took more that 5 mins to get served! Well done guys.
My favourite place where to go and listen open mic. We always enjoy time there. And everyone is awesome-from staff to the public.
Fun for a night out. The venue is non-pretentious, no thrills and reasonably priced for drinks. Entry is free and the tunes were consistent indie bangers with some I’ve never heard on a night out anywhere e.g. Shed Seven! The staff were all friendly and there’s seating as well as a dance floor. It is let down by how dirty it feels, which would discourage me from eating there, but there’s no harm in going for a dirty night out!
Cracking breakfast and very supportive of independent musicians! Can't wait to see their new band room! Who keeps moving my posters... I'll getcha one day!

Couldn't really fault this place. We were the only customers in on a Saturday evening. Friendly staff, cheap-ish drinks, good range of drinks. I can imagine this place getting packed out and having a good atmosphere. We would probably come back when we visit Sheffield again
Good atmosphere and clientelle. Very nice selection of beers on tap. Was so busy so could get a drink easily, so always a bonus. Did get busier later on, but staff were fast and attentive.
Friendly service and atmosphere. Breakfasts are consistently outstanding and good value.
Good selection of largers & drinks, can't say more than that. The place dull & music not that good ethar.
