Phoned the car company beforehand due to having to travel over 2 hours to view one of their cars to find out about the physical condition of the car to be told it was in great condition with no damage whatsoever (apart from age related marks). Made the journey with the intention to buy the car and drive away with it the same day to find the car in a very poor condition. Alloys we're a mess, outer wing mirror smashed and the door handle lock missing. Very disappointed with the customer service received upon arrival, reluctant to fix/use BMW parts to fix these problems or offer a lower price. Will not be using this company again nor will I recommend.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour!. They spat in my face and was very agressive at this place. It's extemely hostile. Avoid the worst place to buy a car on finance. They don't care about you they only care about commissons. If you want a car that breaks down and has tons of problems after purchasing then go ahead.

After calling The Car Company 2 days ago to register interest and make a general enquiry regarding a BMW 3 Series, I was appalled to arrive at the premises just now to find the car heavily soiled and in a non start condition.

This was after we had already told a salesman named Elliot that we would be coming to view the vehicle well in advance and made a 45 minute drive to get there...

Typical cliché used car sales techniques angling for a hard sale before an offer of a test drive, and had also felt lied to after being told...

“There’s been a lot of interest in this one” then 5 minutes later “it’s been sat for a weeks now”

Avoid these guys at all costs -

Outstanding workers, work really hard and has great customer service. Do finance at low rates and with £0 deposit. These lads are top guys and are the best independent garage for mile! They definitely know there stuff too!
