Firstly a big thank you to Sam Butler for all his help in purchasing my used car. The process was very smooth and he even came in on his day off for the handover as I couldn’t make it any other time. The car being purchased was cheaper than my own car and the difference was credited back into my account the same day, would highly recommend this dealership. Many thanks.
DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN YOU WONT GET IT BACK. I saw a car on December 3rd 2022 and put a deposit down. I was advised the deposit would be fully refundable if I did not go ahead with the purchase. I advised on the 4th December I had found a better value car elsewhere and requested the refund. I emailed 3/4 times with no response and I called 5/6 times and only managed to get through to the sales person twice. On both occasions I was advised the deposit refund would be processed, however almost a month later I haven’t had it. If you're going here for a car, think twice before putting a deposit down.
I purchased my car in October last year and had an outstanding experience with the sales team as usual. Andy was a delight and explained everything I needed and allowed me to ask any questions. This is the second car I have purchased through the Leamington Spa dealership. I now live in Manchester and will always purchase my cars with them because of how great the experience has been for both cars
Can not recommend this garage enough. Got my last car with help from here abs the staff are always super helpful, no matter who deals with you. I’ve spoken to Justin, Rash and Bradley and they’re always chatty, having a laugh and willing to help with any questions. They also give you a coffee too, so a great bonus. If you’re looking for a car and you’re local, try here! 10/10 service every time
Very patient sales person, the car I originally booked to test drive, I wasn't keen on, so I drove a completely different car. Andy Perry, the sales person had all the time in the world and didn't pressure me into the purchase. He also clearly explained all the gadgets and made a personal video for me. Hopefully I won't be back to change my car soon, but wouldn't hesitate to see Andy and the team again. Ps had a lovely cuppa there too.
Recently bought our car here, Justin dealt with us throughout and was a pleasure to deal with - free coffee and even let me charge my car! He's chatty and polite and makes you feel at ease. Clear with options for added extras and not too pushy with those. Did everything we asked him to do to get our car ready, and was very communicative. Thanks again!
We have changed our car very rarely because we hate the process. Have to say though that to the team at Drive made the experience easy and very enjoyable. Great price, great car, great team. Thanks guys
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but was soon put at ease by the fantastic customer service here at the Drive Direct Leamington. Out of all the places I’d visited, these guys were by far the best. Knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks to Justin for really going the extra mile in helping me pick a car and finance product that was right for me. I really appreciated it and will certainly be recommending to others. Thank you to Blake, Sam and Laurie too! A great team.
I have purchased two cars from drive Leamington, each time dealing with Justin Nason-Martel and very happy on both occasions. Great selection of vehicles, smooth process, and fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
Called at 9am to arrange a test drive, drove over an hour to sit around for 30 minutes to be told that the car was sold online. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor process and given a load of flannel by sales people. Would recommend going elsewhere unless you live on the doorstep!
