Gavin King was great when I bought my car, I was looking for a good cheap first time car and he made me feel very comfortable that I was getting a good one. He talked me through all the details and we went on a good test drive. The MOT and service included were great, and he contacts me after I bought the car to make sure everything was going well
On Tuesday, in the rain, the very excellent Mia did a brilliant job in assisting me set up the charging system for my new-bought electric car. In spite of the adverse weather conditions she demonstrated her patience and professionalism, smiling her way through the process. I was extremely impressed by her can-do spirit. Quality service as always from this dealership. Just got my second car and Colin is always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. That being said, during the last 3-4 years I have had interactions with a lot of staff at the site and all are an asset to the company. No pressure to sign anything like you often find with other dealerships *cough* Ford *cough* VW which makes for a much nicer experience. Overall - highly recommend.
Dan Clarke was brilliant from start to finish, He was attentive and knowledgeable from the minute we arrived at the dealership, nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us fully informed throughout the wait as to what stage the car was at and upon handover everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Dan.
Had a great experience at Sutton Park Renault. I am especially thankful to Colin who made everything run smoothly and was very friendly and helpful. I was assured I was making the right decision, he gave me a great part exchange deal and made sure my new car was in top condition and available to collect within a week. I love my new car and I would definitely recommend these guys, honest and reliable.
Ordered a new Renault Captur in September, Mia was really good & patient when i was ordering as this is my first car. Unfortunately there was an issue with the 1st car in November but this error was promptly rectified by Gavin, who found me another vehicle. I took delivery of my car just under a week ago & love it. Thank you again Mia & Gavin, would definitely recommend you to friends & family. Excellent service.
