I found a very good car on AutoTrader contacted Paul and visit the car the next day. The car was in excellent condition. A great price and favorable terms for finance. Everything was very smooth from start to finish. From seeing the car we wanted to final handover was only 24hrs. Mohammed was excellent helping us along every step of the way, even coming in on his day off for the handover.
I recently bought a second had Peugeot from the Leamington branch of Arbury. From the start the care was first class. First by Mohammed the later when I needed to speak with someone. First on the phone to Lauren then Dean whom I saw when I visited the site. All in their own way gave me first class service. I wish to say a big thank you to you all. At nearly 82 you need to be patient they were. Again a big thank you to all of you.
As a motability user I have always been impressed with the customer service at Arbury , unfortunately I am not impressed this year. I usually receive some communication regarding my car's annual service. Realising that I had had it for more than 12 months I rang to book a service to find that they no longer provide a collection and return service, as being a wheelchair user it can be difficult to 'simply drop off my vehicle'. I was offered a courtesy car but from previous experience know that they cannot often offer an automatic and definitely not one that I can get my wheelchair in and out of my car has a hoist fitted for this purpose. My husband therefore was required to take a day off work so that we could drop off and pick up my car when finished. The car parking is, and has always been a nightmare. When able to park, I transferred into my wheelchair to drop off my keys but couldn't get into the showroom as the cars were so tightly parked there was no route through. My husband went in and was advised that I would re cieve a phonecall when it was ready. At 5pm I decided to ring and check the progress as I would struggle to be able to pick it up alone if it wasn't going to be ready today. The service department after locating my car, advised me it had just been finished and advised I could pick it up in 20mins, this would be an achievement through rush hour traffic. When we arrived it was chaos. We were advised to park on the entrance into the car park by a staff member and did manage to squeeze through the cars to the office. When picking up my car the staff member did address all the information to my husband until I pointed out that it was my car and not his, wether the staff member thought that because I am female or in a wheelchair I wouldn't understand I don't know! If you're providing motability cars perhaps you could ensure accessibility into your premisis and some appropriate staff training. My car on the other hand is excellent.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Enquired about a car at another site as Leamington is very local, it was there and ready for me to view within a day. Quick, easy and a really great price. Tom and Imran were spectacular, professional and actually a pleasure to deal with. I had a great experience, couldn't recommend them enough.
Great service. Didn’t buy the car. This Peugeot dealership had an Audi A4 I wanted to try, presumably one that was part-ex or similar. Dave booked me in, Dean picked up the job. Let me try the car knowing it was slightly different than the one I’d been initially looking for different engine/power spec. Wasn’t the car for me, but delightful chap and friendly place. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if I saw another car here for me in future.
I accompanied my sister to buy her new car and Dean was so helpful every step of the way. She felt really reassured through the process and Dean made the whole experience enjoyable and very funny! Would totally recommend :
A friendly approach from Paul at Arbury Peugeot. We were given time and space to look at the cars, the finance was clearly explained and the team responded fully to our questions, explaining the aspects that we didn't understand. We were very happy with our final deal, I would recommend them.
