Have just purchased a used Volvo from Tollbar Warwick. This was the best customer service we have experienced in a long history of car purchases. The premises were good and staff were very approachable and polite with plenty of coffees on tap! A special mention must go to Tom and Sophie who certainly went the extra mile and really made us feel like valued customers. We have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. Oh and the car is brilliant!

After looking through many websites I found the Tollbar. I was in contact with them through email very helpful and accommodating. So I arranged a visit to view the Volvo with my wife, both very happy with the car. 

Went here to buy my first Volvo, just had my first child and we wanted a safe family car. I would consider that we got it for a good price, nice coffee while discussing things. Only criticism would be that when the car was delivered the fuel tank was almost empty, a nice gesture would be to deliver it with a full tank. Only after purchasing the volvo is it that you find faults with the paint work and other features, not a show stopper but would be nice to resolve as we plan to keep this car for ten years. 

A free service before delivery or when it is next due one would also have been nice, then this would be one less thing to think about. 

My wife is looking at getting a hybrid and will probably be using this dealership. 

Overall experience good, friendly staff, nice coffee. The orchid was a nice touch, my wife likes flowers.

Very happy with my Volvo, even though it has a few issues, thank you.

Further to my review, I have been trying to book my car in for its service and MOT for about a month or so. I have emailed, phoned, even the car somehow sent an email and they haven't been in contact. Disappointed, customer aftercare needs improving.

Went into the showroom over a week ago to get some prices on a XC60 (knowing it was a car I wanted anyway) and was confronted with a sales executive who clearly did not want to help me. I told them that I was in the market for a car ASAP as I had a company car which was being sent back in the coming weeks but I wanted to get an understanding of what cars they had available, being somewhat agnostic on the options on the car. I was told “I can’t help you unless you know exactly what you want” and was sent away with nothing more than a poor experience. I have not heard back since and I’ve subsequently taken my business to Volvo TMS Coventry, who did have the time to talk to me.

Manufacturers car dealership. Friendly sales staff and they aren't pushy dodgy dealer sorts. Space to look around at your own pace
