Emergency. Car was running on fumes. Fuel flap central locking didn't work. Called Arbury who said there was no way to get around the issue and I should book it in. 5 minutes on t'internet got a workaround to the  actuator issue, which was communicated to Arbury. Yet they still charged £60 to 'diagnose' the issue, and then, in their invoice, would not guarantee that their 'diagnosis' [replace the actuator] would solve the issue! Asked them to order the part anyway, and 5 days later when I went to collect it, they'd sent it back. Timing unfortunate - my Skoda Superb is getting old, so I'd just decided to replace with a new 280PS version. Strangely, this experience, coupled with the VWG emissions scandal has convinced me to look elsewhere. Oh, did I mention that they switch my car from variable to fixed service interval every time they service it [wonder why], and according to the log, it seems to have had two 60k services. Lifelong loyal customer versus £60 diagnosis - difficult choice, huh.

The team here gave my family 5 star treatment no hard sell and very helpful. We recently bought a second hand Citigo after my son had a nasty accident and wrote off our car in between trying to deal with rubbish insurance company’s and other garages keep saying to me other people are interested in other cars to try to pressure sell. This place was the only place I called that went above and beyond during a very stressful time thank you

Already knew the problem before i went in there theat tge water pump wats not working while i sat there for over an hour nobody checked to see if it was cicered on my warranty it was only mentioned when my keys were handed to me and they said they would contact me before tomorrow..lol hard to drive a car without water to clean the screen...i guess we will be chasing them to find out whats what...after some checking i discovered that a water pump fit a windscreen washer doesnt normally break under 50k...not 25k..it will be interesting to see the outcome

A bit further out of town than majority if other dealerships but worth a trip. Team were very attentive, without being invasive, on a Sunday! Plenty of stock and variety in site to look over too.
