Excellent experience. Turned up early to buy a pair of chatsworth Chelsea boots. Great service. Manager was very friendly and enthusiastic . Clearly appreciated quality shoes. Lovely shopping experience, was given a coffee, invited back to the store. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again, and will certainly take family members to shop there when they are visiting from Scotland (I traveled to the shop from Liverpool). Shoes are excellent. Already as comfy as slippers
