Came here on a recommendation from a friend. The service was very special and Cass made our evening. The food is very generous in portion. And very tasty. Lots to chose from but the Hot Smokes Salmon was spectacular as were my friends ribs and mac and cheese.
Perfect location to town. Beautiful appointed rooms. Although no cooked breakfast available the pantry was stocked with loads of lovely breakfast items and had a great coffee machine. Even had oak milk available. Lovely pub downstairs with very helpful staff.
Amazing roast dinner - best I have had in a long time ! Everything beautifully cooked, lots of tender meat, huge Yorkshire pudding and the best beef gravy ever. Excellent friendly staff, venue for money and character interior. Excellent all round - you won’t be disappointed - this place really has it all.
Great meals and beer. Both the lamb and mint pie and the smoked brisket and mash were excellent. My dark beers were also in top condition, 10 XT
We booked for Sunday evening after the roast dinner service had ended.nWe both had the lamb and mint pies and were delighted with our choices.nThe serving staff from Toronto was attentive and personable. A great experience, strongly recommended
