Lovely river located pub in Abingdon. Amazing outside terrace overlooking the River though when we were there it was snowing and minus 3. Didn't eat but food that passed me by looked tasty and well presented. My only gripe would be the freezing toilets and as roaring as the log fire was, only a few tables could appreciate its heat. As said before it was unusually cold spell so I'm sure this is not a common issue. Great selection of local ales and friendly staff. One of Abingdon'better pubs.

Excellent food and good service. The kids had a good time and afterwards the walk along the river was refreshing. Cheap and spacious parking available just after the pub, if it is on your left (before if on your right). Easily accommodated a party off 12 and potentially ample space for more than double that amount.

Delicious food, good beer, nice atmosphere both in the bar area and the restaurant. In the summer it opens out to a lovely beer garden next to the river. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be heading back in the not too distant future!

Great position between two rivers. Buzzy atmosphere. Outside dining with heaters when necessary. Good food.

Passing trucker, stopped at Industrial estate close by for the night and popped in here for a quick pint.. what a lovely pub. Beautiful location and a nice relaxing bar area with chilled out music. Hope to make it back again soon and try the food.
