Superb service from the man behind the bar, even came out to show me where to park, good size portions, home cooked chips were brilliant, nice canal-side pub garden
Looking for a dog friendly eatery on google we came across the brew shed, what a find, friendly staff, great selection of drinks and food and a nice atmosphere that could have been improved if we’re hadn’t been sent to the basement because we had a dog! The only reason for four stars All levels are similar, wood floors and tables and standard chairs. I understand that some dogs are better behaved than others, but so are children! In fact I would say most dogs are better behaved, so on that note a dog friendly establishment should be just that, and we quite fancied sitting in the back area of the bar, and like a drunk we could have been evicted For bad behaviour? The lower level near the toilets was a bit grubby, hopefully when we return in the spring/summer the outside area will be warm and dry. All in all a nice pub with decent priced grub. Thank you.
If I had this place locally I'd be there every week . Reasonable prices, fantastic staff and excellent food. The beer gets its own special mention. Highly recommended
It's about time I review these guys... I've been getting food from here every Friday for the last couple of months and it's always incredible!nnI recommend the Korean burger or the buffalo blue cheese burger!nnThe staff are always really friendly!nnCan't wait to eat in one day and try some of your large selection of drinks
Nice location by the canal. Amazing burgers! I went for their classic with bacon & cheese.nA word of warning...I wouldn't recommend it for a first date; unless your partner will enjoy watching you attempt to eat a burger half the size of your head, with fatty juice and ketchup running down your chin!nOtherwise, totally recommended!
