A nice newish spoons with a generous beer garden at the rear.nI had a cheese and tomato panini with chips, hot drinks and a real for less than a tenner.nGood beer, but the food was a let down. Chips weren't the best and hardly any cheese on the panini.
The Dominie Cross is a typical wetherspoons. There is a good selection of beers, lager and cider, including five cask conditioned hand pulled real ales. The cask ales we tried were in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and efficient the service was very quick. There is a nice outside seating area some of it is undercover. The food is very good and good value.

Don't order a all day brunch after 12 pm it's a cold 9pm breakfast. Sent back came back not much difference. The baked potato and tuna was nice. Busy good atmosphere staff very friendly. Just keep the breakfast going
Very helpful staff. New employee who was finding his feet but was immensely helpful. Other members of staff very helpful and listened kindly to our feedback. We had a very tiny issue and they were positive and quick to help. Highly recommend the vegan Quorn nugget wrap which is so delicious! I have the vegan mayo with it in place of salsa. Gorgeous!
