I am gutted that the Body Shop have closed all but one store in Glasgow, including their very popular wee store in Central Station.  I am a staunch fan of various of their products including the lip/cheek stain which is still great even after the recipe/packaging change.  The only product I use on my hair for the last half-decade is the Body Shop ginger shampoo and conditioner. I get the two big bottles for £32 and they last me over a year. It feels like a treat, lasts so long, and has reduced my psoriasis hugely. Absolute win!  Usually when I am in there is a sale of up to 50% meaning that I can try out new products such as the cream highlighter which I also really like.  Using the loyalty scheme pays off also! After getting the ginger shampoo, a gift for a loved one and perhaps some makeup for myself it often seems that I heave enough points that I can treat myself to one of their high-quality makeup brushes or something else I've wanted to try.  Staff are polite and approachable in the sole remaining St Enoch store. I go out of my way to visit, but really wish that the Body Shop might re-open their store in the train station as it was the perfect place to grab a gift before going on my travels.

Went in to the body shop a couple weeks ago and got shaving cream and it amazing and got cream for free that was called edelweiss and it has worked wonders on my nose and wish I new about it before because I used to hate my nose and healing now and looks a lot better now and staff are so kind and I love them all that make up feel so welcome in the shop love going in there.

Quirky wee pub with a friendly waitress. However, I struggled to find any vegetables in the vegetable chilli a few microscopic pieces of carrot and it had an odd flavour I don't think there were any chillis in it!. The waitress was sympathetic and told me to order something else but the chef marched out and I felt he was quite argumentative and made it clear that I was in the wrong. He explained the "vegetables" carrots and onions were chopped so small to make them seem like mince but when I suggested that they change the name to "vegetarian" rather than "vegetable" which implies that the dish will feature proper vegetables he was not impressed. He offered to cook me something else but it would be a half hour wait. I refused and he refunded my meal but had another go at me as he did so!

The person that was working yesterday 15th July afternoon was pretty unhelpful. Once they finally looked up from their phone after I said excuse me twice and waited, I asked if there was a perfume in the black musk range that comes in a brown bottle and they replied ‘not in the entire time I’ve worked here.’ That was quite an unhelpful and passive aggressive way to respond to a customer. Also there was a clear gap on the shelf of the range with no label! Anyway I’ve just googled the range and the brown bottle comes up on the first page with a link to buy from the body shop website!

Had an excellent experience shopping for my partners birthday. Ellie was very informative and knowledgeable and helped me put together a fantastic birthday gift. She's a credit to the company!

I honestly love this branch so much, they have everything. But the best is the staff kindness, they are the best. Two days ago I was looking to find this body mistsee photos and they don’t sell it anywhere at any branch. But both Shannon and Shelby who works there made my day when they found a tester bottle and they gave it to me because they don’t use it anymore      I was BEYOND happy because I love this mist and it’s been with me in the most important moments in my life  thank yoooou so much. I RECOMMEND this branch with my heart xx

I went to this store to collect my online order. The staff is nice and helpful. I like the store decoration, looks clean and neat.

i went in to get a makeup balm and the lady at the counter was so sweet like actually an angel on earth and gave me a points card and a big bag so I could put my other stuff in there and not have to carry everything and I hope she sees this and knows she made my day

Positive- the staff are excellent. Negatives- the products are very average quality yet highly priced. Simply not worth the money.
