My girlfriend and I visited today, she wished to try one of the tester soaps at the shops provided sinks. The staff member manning the sinks proceeded to micro manage her every movement in a patronising manner, as if she was a child. The rushed experience of this left her with soap still all over her skin and the tone of the staff member left her feeling like she was apparently too imbecilic to simply wash her hands herself. Not the service one would expect from a luxury brand. I would kindly suggest reconsidering your staffs soft skills. This experience had left my girlfriend feeling incredibly judged and as though she was not welcome in the store, so we left. We decided to purchase our goods from L’Occitane instead, where the staff where much more welcoming.
Great service as always at this store. The hand pump had broken on one of the hand washes I bought and was given a new one easily. The two members of staff were really knowledgeable and let me know that a product I really like was in sale and being discontinued and I really appreciated this. Thanks
Due to lockdown I ordered online and had a couple of problems with my order. Having been messed about for a month online visited Buchanan Street today and they had everything sorted in 5 minutes. Great service as usual and will definitely be shopping next Christmas in the shop. Well done .
Great shop. I love all the products. I can't wait till they release the new festive molton brown shower gel this year in 2020.
My wife loves this shop it has soap that she just loves. The shower gels are great too.
