The products are are great but the customer service is severely lacking. I actually knew exactly what products I wanted both times I shopped at this location, but the customer service was curt and I could tell that they were rushing me to only make a sale. If the customer service improves, they would earn the 5 stars.

L Octaine store in Buchanan Street this french retailer has nade impact on Glasgow Buchanan Street the bright coloured store stands out next to main entrace to Princes Square. Great range perfumes and beauty products worth a visit. picture taken on 18th 04 2018.
