I've been wearing L'Occitane lemon verbena perfume for decades so I had to pop into this Glasgow location. Michelle could not have been more friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're in the neighborhood. Their products are wonderful.

Lovely looking shop however was made to feel horrific.  Out in Glasgow for a day trip, and thought I'd have a look inside this shop to see what was in it as possible gifts for friends or family...  Upon entering the shop I was instantly approached by two elder women working there asking me "what am I looking for" not a help or can we help you just what are you looking for. I said I'm just having a look and proceeded to walk around the shop looking for gift ideas.  A few moments pass and the two women approach me again noticing I have a card factory carrier bag with a couple items in it FROM THE CARD FACTORY SHOP, They ask what have I got in the bag and without hesitation opened my bag and pulled out the items to look inside my bag, me being an anxious individual just said a couple gifts for my loved ones. After this they left me alone but could feel their stares burning a hole in the back of my skull.  One of the women left the shop to do something and another couple come in to look around as well so it's just me and the couple and one of the women. The women still in the shop then proceeds to Lock the door to the shop with me and the couple still in it. And then informs the couple "I'm locking this door for a reason" now at the time I was dressed casually, a shirt, jacket and jeans and a flat cap. I have never done anything to cause any unrest nor suspicion. But the women does not say to me why she's locking the door she just walks past me. The entire time I walked around the shop I put my hand behind my back while walking around as I was nervous.  With me being a socially anxious person I said look you've seen my bag and you can check all my pockets cause I can tell you clearly think something's going on, she looks at me surprised and says no it's okay. I said well I'm going to buy this little bar of soap for my girlfriend and be on my way, I buy the soap walk to the door and she said oh I will need to unlock it to let you out.  Never have I been so disappointed in a shopping experience not to mention made to feel like some horrible person. Never again will I attend this shop after being made to feel like some sort of thief/ criminal even though I never would commit such an act!

After a problem with my online order, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in fixing it, particularly Debbie who was absolutely brilliant. Fantastic customer service!

Loved my visit today. What wonderful customer service very friendly, helpful and approachable ladies. Cannot wait to go back. Fabulous new layout.

We were protesting for Gaza , staff member was Hawling shame on us for standing up , they were rude ! Boycott this store

The products are are great but the customer service is severely lacking. I actually knew exactly what products I wanted both times I shopped at this location, but the customer service was curt and I could tell that they were rushing me to only make a sale. If the customer service improves, they would earn the 5 stars.

Was in L'occitane today for a gift for my wife. We were served by a lovely lady called Michelle who took the time to explain many of their products, nothing was a problem, even gave us a recommendation for a fabulous restaurant, "Sugo Pasta", which just made our visit to Glasgow perfect. I would highly recommend L'occitane, not only for its wonderful products but for the friendly and professional staff that take time to explain everything.
