I popped in to buy my thank you gifts for my wedding which was coming up at the time, it was mid March. I was greeted by Jules, who was so excited for me. She made me feel so special. She should be treasured as she is an absolutely lovely person with the best customer service skills. I had a bit of a nightmare with my Apple Pay and I had to go back to my car and it seemed to take me forever to get what I needed but she was just so lovely, patient and helpful. Her excitement just made everything so special. I loved her and still think about how she made me feel. Thank you Jules

Just popped in here the other day to treat myself to a new scent for my new home and had such a lovely experience.  I'd just got keys to my new house and the ladies there were so friendly, and even put the name of my new house on the box.  Can't wait to have that sitting on my dressing table!  Thanks so much to you both =.  It just made it all the more special!  x

I visited  the Jo Malone shop on Buchanan Street Glasgow recently & was served by a lovely assistant called Julie, I received five star VIP treatment  the whole visit, such a lovely friendly lady, I was given a lovely complimentary arm & hand massage with all their amazing products & given so many samples of colognes & body creams to smell & try on my skin .. My purchases were then beautifully packaged up by Julie, so much so that I didn't want to open my gift bag when I got home.... On my next visit to Glasgow,  Jo Malone will definitely be the first shop I visit, Thank you so much Julie, for a wonderful shopping experience!  Anne Marie

I had a disappointing experience in the Jo Malone store. I attended with my bridesmaid for the wedding scent experience upon arriving the manager was short with us, I hadn't received a booking confirmation and this was met with hostility and I was informed that I was 'lucky' that they were quiet and that for 'future reference' if I didn't receive a confirmation email then I didn't have an appointment. My experience was disappointing and a complete waste of time, I know plenty of other people who have had a wonderful experience I think I was just unlucky with mine.

I’d recommend you miss out this shop and walk down to House of Fraser instead, where the Jo Malone concession is much quicker for service.   We went in this afternoon and there were plenty of assistants available to help choose products - that part was fine and we were going to spend £160.  But the service for paying was incredibly slow - we said we didn’t need gift wrapping but it seemed only one person can operate the till and everyone else just stood chatting, mostly to each other, rather than help us pay for the items.  After 5 minutes of standing waiting, and being mostly ignored, we left and went down to House of Fraser, about 75 metres away, and got served incredibly quickly for exactly the same items at exactly the same price.  I will not be back.

Went in here today to purchase a gift for a friend, which I have done many times before .Was asked by a 'security ' person if I had a mask,to which I informed her that I was exempt .She then asked me to use hand sanitiser, which again I informed her I had just used! When I approached the assistant, I was met with a frosty reception, and she continued to serve me in a very curt manner. I asked her two questions, both of which she quickly shot down. I was under the impression her hostility was because of the fact that I was not wearing a mask.  The service seemed so much better when the shop was in Princes Square, I am not sure whether this is due to a change of staff. If Jo Malone thinks this is good customer service, then I strongly suggest that the staff need to re-train.  I will no longer purchase anything from this shop.The one star is only for the product!

Really great warm service. Christmas shopping has been difficult during this time but shortly after I joined the queue outside I was warmly greeted and asked what I was looking for to make sure they had what I wanted in store. I was looked after and all the team were outstanding and friendly. The lady unfortunately I didn’t get her name who coordinated people did an amazing job and was so friendly but did an outstanding job to ensure  the limited  number of customers instore was right.  I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this difficult time. Great job done and I highly recommend.  Thankyou

Purchased Christmas present here.  The scents are top notch, but more than that the staff are amazing.  So polite and professional and welcoming.  Talked me through the scents and helped me choose the right one for my wife.  They then gift wrapped it beautifully, taking time to make sure it was perfect.  First class service and product, a lot of other stores should be looking to replicate this service
