I tried multiple times to book an appointment for a pregnancy massage. Often getting to the point of discussing dates/times then not receiving a response and losing the date. When I finally got a date/time, I showed up for my 11am appointment at 10.40. Door was locked and no answer on any of the 3 contact numbers. Eventually at 11.10 the door was opened. I was informed they had written the appointment as 11.30 in my correspondence with them I was told 11am and the former client had been late. Received no apology and was repeatedly told they were a small business. With the lack of apology I asked for a refund of my voucher which I received. They seem very disorganised and it was a bad experience coming through at 9 months pregnant to have to sit on the stairs outside for 30 minutes.

Great salon right in the city centre. Went there in the evening for a wax session during their closing time. Courtney was very kind to find a slot for me and my sister which was super nice and very accommodating of her. Thanks so much again :

Located between Barolo and Revolution, just 5 minutes away from Glasgow Central. I’ve had a few treatments here over the last few years, mostly brows and waxing treatments. The staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel very comfortable. I was in yesterday and saw Lauren, she was great, honestly the best waxer in Glasgow. Prices here are very reasonable. I hope the staff are valued here as they really make it a good venue.

Wasn't what I had expected unfortunately. Staff member was pleasant however lacked knowledge. Shame after all the good reviews I had read about this salon. The room where I had my wax treatment wasn't very clean and the ancient waxing rollers were very dirty and unhygienic. I know I should have said something but it was one of those things where it had already begun and regrettably it was too late to walk out. While waxing the lady knowing my skin was fragile and sensitive waxed my arm so hard and roughly that I now have a very black and blue bruise up my arm . She was very apologetic and I understand these things happen but even after all this, I wasn't offered a free treatment or a discount on the price paid. Most places out of courtesy would let one of the treatments be free as a gesture of goodwill. Really disappointed as I thought I had found my go-to place. A peice of criticism would be to be more gentle when waxing. The skin is very sensitive so you should be trained om how to deal with different skin types. I've had waxing done in many places and by far this has been my worst experience till date.

I found the salon by searching on google maps for beauty salons in the city centre as I couldn't find the right deal combo that I wanted. I just wanted an underarm and half leg wax. This salon offered a very competitive price so I tried them out. I'd only had my legs waxed once before and was ' a bit feart' because it was really painful and I'd never had my under arms done. The beauty therapist was lovely, very reassuring, friendly and chatty, she put me at ease and deftly and swiftly did the job of making me hair-free and silky smooth. I highly recommend this salon - centrally situated very near Central Station, great competitive prices and friendly professional service.

Booked 3 treatments for 10am. Got a call at 9.10 to say the therapist was locked in her house and wouldn't know when she would be in the salon. They did not have anyone else to carry out the facial or massage. I had this booked for over a week as I'm going away tomorrow and cancelled a massage closer to home to go here. I was told I could go in for my manicure but that was it, not even with an offer of a discount, would i like to re-schedule my facial or anything. Girl on the phone lacked customer service skills. When I got the call I was already on route driving to Glasgow to attend my appointment. This is very poor service, now I will not be able to get treatments elsewhere at this short notice. Somehow I do not believe the story of the therapist being locked in her house either. Definitely will not be treating a agin and would avoid is possible!!!!

Had a half leg waxing done today. Extremely efficient, lovely results. I don't think it even took as long as the 15 minutes suggested time. Staff were just delightful, chatty, friendly and incredibly pleasant. Though I've only tried one treatment, I'm sure I'll go back for others as I was so impressed. Their pricing is great too!

A lady called Rachel gave me a very professional bikini wax. She was very friendly and professional and put me at ease. I couldn't believe how pain free the hot wax was.
