Customer service goes above and beyond. All my makeup products are from Kiko. I have used their products since 2008 and they're absolutely my favourite. As Italian living abroad, I am so happy to have this store in Glasgow!
Got two eyeshadow palates here and the shadows on both fell apart and crumbled within weeks. Completely unusable. Liquid eyeliner doesn't have a proper felt tip so can't produce a fine line. Other products are 50/50 but I can't recommend taking a chance on them.
Very friendly, helpful staff member, took her time and showed and explained everything. Who knew there were so many mascaras with so many different brushes! And a deal on the nail polish too , very affordable

No 5 star because I don’t know why but the lady with long dark hair tied up was huffing and puffing, probably having a bad day, I even wished her a nice day and was ignored. But the short blond hair lady was nice.
Its one top cosmetic beauty shop in Glasgow. Kiko Milano store sells great range cosmetics own brand. Its one those brands that some people love and never go back to using any other kind. this is a great place for all positions in makeup! weather it be starter or expert. kiko has a tremendous lineup this are fit for any and all types. their products are sleek and fashionable. the staff are brilliant and enjoyable, when paying a visit i recommend picking up a lipstick
Excellent service, helped me pick new foundation and brushes. Good range of products and fair prices, better than the more well known brands
Love this brand. Just recently discovered it. it's good for the skin, high pigmentation, lasts well, cruelty free and the prices are reasonable. I'm well impressed. You also can sign up for a loyalty card and gets money off and other benefits. The staff in the store are very friendly and helpful.
Love this brand, affordable high quality cosmetics and skincare. Would recommend paying a visit to this particular store if you are in the city. Staff are so helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need to suit your skin type and preference of makeup. Can get great bargains when there is a sale on.
