Rarely shop offline now but was such a pleasant experience in this shop. Very helpful retail assistant and generally cheerful staff who showed me newest face creams, given samples and smelt beautiful perfumes which you can only get a sense of in the flesh. Thank you. Samples are so important with face creams as you only take a jump to move away from your current cream/fragrance when you have lived with a cream or a perfume for a day or so…very grateful. you made me want to shop in the flesh more.
I have shopped at this store more than once because they have the goods I need. But the last time I made a purchase, I don't know what happened to the cashier. I'm a foreigner and I can't speak as fluently as a native, but she spoke very fast and was still aggressive when I said wait a minute, which made me feel stressed. Even though I was the only customer in the store who spent the most money at that moment. I don't think foreigners should be treated differently. It made me feel terrible. I thanked them after the purchase out of courtesy, but there may not be another purchase.
Never felt so intimidated in a shop like this before . Already felt strange looks from staff as me & my daughter entered the shop but I continued to browse with my daughter .I watched staff ask other customers if they needed help but never asked us . Some of the staff need reminded they work in a make up shop & to refrain from looking down on paying customers. I've now said to my daughter that I will not return to this shop so any further shopping will be done online to avoid stuck up staff . I'm now wondering what information you will pass on to manager when you haven asked when I was in store and who served me . Id rather no reply than an automated one !!
Holly was super informative and was great and helping me choose the right shade of Hourgass tint which is brilliant. Also she was great at helping choose atelier blush and highlight stick, great for older skin. Lovely warm and helpful member of staff.
Excellent service from Eva! Made us feel very welcome and did everything to help us out. Eva gave us a great experience and we will definitely be visiting again.
I usually ordered online, but I decided to visit the store. I made some great purchases and found trendy items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience!
Bad customer service. Went in to purchase a moisturiser and the first member of staff I asked for help clearly picked the wrong item next to the one I wanted and kept telling me that was the item I asked for it wasn't. Got the right one in the end, but one of the till staff wad also quite abrupt. No samples with purchase were offered. Won't shop in the Glasgow store anymore and if the item I wanted on this occasion hadn't been out of stock online, I wouldn't have completed my purchase in store after the shocking service.
So many empty testers in this store! And very disinterested staff. I wanted to buy a blusher today but no one was particularly interested in helping. Other products I wanted had empty testers multiple products, so again I did not purchase.

SHOCKINGLY BAD after sales service to my wife who's been a loyal SpaceNK customer for years. As per previous reviews from others when my wife had to ask for help over the 28 days as been on holiday there was zero assistance or empathy in store, just a flat refusal to engage! SpaceNK must be making big profits if they can afford to treat existing clients so shoddily. Anyway rant over and my wife won't shop here again!
