What a way to work out! Hayley on reception was great on the phone and in person. Marcel was my trainer. First you get changed into special freshly laundered body suit, then into "the suit" and you get wired into the machine. Marcel takes you through initiation so you get used to the sensations of the electrical pulses going through your body. Now the hard work starts and you go through a 20 minute series of stretches that is equivalent to a 90 minute work out. You certainly feel you are working against some pretty strong forces. I think Marcel has a slight sadistic streak as he kept bumping up the power as I got used to it! Nicely judged so I had a good, strong workout. Lovely clean showers with fluffy white towels afterwards. Felt very invigorated. I'll be back! Thanks Marcel.
