After having seen various specialists for a number of skeletal/muscular problems, I decided to try Core Connect as it had been recommended to me. I haven't looked back - Lisa Venter is a very passionate and dedicated instructor who has a very friendly, down-to-earth and open approach, giving 100% to her work and breaking down how the body connects so it can be simply understood and independently worked on. Being trained and experienced in different disciplines she can also give a multidimensional view of what is happening in the body and work very specifically with each client. The facilities and atmosphere in the studio are all first class. Highly recommended.
