I can strongly recommend Ruth Jones at Create Physiotherapy. She has made a huge difference to my recovery from a hip replacement operation. She has been excellent at improving my flexibility and mobility post the surgery. So as I say - v much recommended.

I was lucky enough to find Ruth quite a few years ago when I experienced my first injury when running. She was able to sort out that injury, and the various others that have occurred since. Ruth is a highly experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist with a lovely personality; I have absolute faith in her. She has been able to accurately diagnose my injuries and set me appropriate exercises to build recovery. We are currently working on a programme to help an injury with additional exercises to help prevent further problems. I have also attended Ruth’s Pilates classes -and she is an excellent teacher. I recommend Ruth to anyone looking for a consummate professional, who also manages to be good fun!

I've had 5 sessions with Ruth, one before my hip surgery to help me build strength pre-op, and 4 afterwards. Ruth is vastly experienced and very professional. I always felt that l was receiving the best advice from her, and that her particular experience with hip replacement recovery couldn't be bettered.  I've listened and dutifully followed her exercise schedule and feel that lm probably ahead of the recovery curve because of her attention to detail. If you are contemplating a hip replacement then do consider calling on Ruth as you will most definitely be in the best possible hands.

I have had a few sessions with Ruth to help with knee pain and can honestly say they have really helped to improve things. Ruth is a fantastic physio and I would highly recommend her services.

Amazing physio, would definitely recommend!
