The transformation that the new owners have given this place is amazing! The wider variety of classes and the make over in the studio and changing areas has made it a much nicer more comfortable place to get fit. they really have hit the ground running and it makes working out a fun place to be. Without a shadow of doubt well worth a visit, I guarantee it won't be your last! Well done to all involved at The Sweat Society.

The Sweat Society HIIT classes have become part of my daily routine, working hard and training as a team. Start your day off the right way or if early mornings are not for you there are many other classes throughout the day including the fabulous hot yoga, it is definitely worth checking out!! Highly recommended if you are looking for a friendly and fun way of getting into shape!!

Fantastic studio and really great teachers. It is clean, has a calm ambience and a good sized shower/changing area. Easy parking at Sainsbury's and a good offer on for beginners

BYS is a one of my favourite studios to practice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. It has a unique community feel and I've made so many friends during my time here. Amanda's classes are fantastic, she's an encouraging and informed teacher. Tim's classes always uplift the mood and they're such good fun. We're very lucky to have a studio like this locally, no attitudes or feelings of self-importance here, come in and connect and enjoy the practice.

To be honest I was a bit put off by the one review on Google - I am so glad I ignored it - I wanted to start yoga again after about a 8year hiatus and this is my closest hot yoga place. I found the staff there really helpful with great manners and not a hint of the haughtiness and passive aggression I often encounter with other yoga instructors . The class (Bfree 75) was really well explained and I was encouraged to go at my own pace - the tutor was fantastic. Yes the building is a bit basic but try going to an ashram then compare!! It did not bother me in the slightest and I was relieved that I wasn't paying for gold taps to be honest. I found the room perfectly warm well lit and the three mirrored walls really helped me follow what was going on. I signed up for a two week trial which at £25 is astonishingly good value and I imagine I will be signing up for a longer stint after that.
