A game store that’s good for picking up second hand items. That’s about it. New games are too expensive and are way cheaper elsewhere, especially online. Staff are a little pushy and kept trying to throw offers at me when all I wanted to do was pay and go. Sometimes they even get offended when you tell them this. But I assume they are ordered to do this with every customer by bossy management and higher ups.

Bought and A grade phone in February with 12 months warranty written all over their shop.The screen was simply coming off, it wasn't dropped or misused, it looked like the screen has been wrongly replaced previously but these guys said that this sort of problem is not 'technical' enough therefore is not cover by warranty. Liars- there is no waranty, if there is an warranty,it doesn't cover you for things that matter as I had to find out on my own expense, fake advertising, overpriced-I paid £210 for an galaxy S5 simply because it had warranty with it. Google review don't have any zero stars rating- that's what they are.

Bought a Samsung tab 4 from the Swindon store and after getting it home it would not switch on or charge, I looked up what was wrong and what was needed to be done, I then took it back to the store and all they were willing to do was to refund my money which they said would take 4 working days or send it of for repair which would take min 7 days. Note it did not take 4 working days to take money from my account, also they said it had been checked etc..clearly not the case me thinks. I then took the tab around to a repair shop who fixed it for £5...all it needed was battery disconnecting and then reconnecting and game could not even do this VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Brought a headset yesterday for £90 tried to exchange it basically told to take it to cex and lose £50 complete joke
