Whilst it is a huge store it was very disorganised and chaotic. It didn't have what i had travelled in for and i found it very disappointing. Staff seemed helpful enough though and cheerful which to me makes it look outwardly a good place to work. It makes me want to ring ahead in the future to check stock before using fuel on a wasted journey. Not that i can guarantee anyone will actually go and look for me. The iceland part of the store was a bit bleak too. Most of it was empty and not a great deal of choice of what was left. Overall just a bit of a let down! I did however come away with some unexpected items that i never knew they sold make up so not an entire wasted trip.
The most revolting branch of this chain I have ever visited. Dirty, disorganised and full of trash. Broken packets and contents littering the aisles. A foul smell and missing prices were amongst the "highlights" of this vile store. The staffers with whom I spoke were unhelpful and certainly not "busy". The place resembles a municipal tip rather than a shop. As if from nowhere, a display fell on my wife's head spilling its contents. People seemed to have looked at items then hurled them on the floor and shelves smashing and scattering the goods. The place looked like it had been looted. Absolutely appalling.
Disgusting store, I don’t think it’s EVER been cleaned! Decent range of various items but would never purchase food from this store with this cleanliness issue. Dear The Range Swindon, you sell cleaning products - sort it out!
Always have what I want in store and stock. Great range of produce. Good quality. Loads of free parking. Especially useful at Christmas for lights and decorations. Great prices too. No quibbles of exchanges or refunds. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Gets the thumbs up from me.
First time shopping here. All the staff I bumped into were super friendly and all around nice. A good place to mostly shop for home items. Found a nice dish rack at a really good price. The clothing items definitely not so good
Visited the Swindon branch, super variety of stock with great value prices. Quality is good but not "designer", in case you have never been, so you know what to expect. So much stock that sometimes feels too much, and walkways are/feel narrow especially for wheelchairs/pushchairs. Huge store selling everything! There is a garden centre, pet centre and food hall, too. Had a great shopping experience, staff were kind and professional, overall very good and definitely will go back. Free parking outside.
Nice big warehouse set up with everything from car stuff to homewares. Plenty of items on sale and holds all the major brands. It does get crowded as it connects to a local Iceland for convenience. The areas next door within the complex are also worth a visit.
Easy to park, nice large store, seem to have everything you could need, apart toilets! They've now closed them! My husband has a condition, where he can't wait, if he needs to go! So we got the 'I can't wait' card, which is supposed to let you use staff toilets if the need arises, however they flat out refused! So went to Halford next door and they had no problem letting him use theirs!
Love the shop, you can find pretty much anything there and the products are of good quality. Only bad point is the customer service. Every time you ask for help you are ignored or sometimes the staff say they are too busy, they don't know how to captivate customers and some don't bother to. Shame as otherwise would have 5stars rating. Maybe the manager or owner should give more training to staff.
Great shop for 99 % of your gardening, home decorating, home furnishings and other essential home/gardening and other products. Very similar to a £1 shop but with far superior products miscellaneous items but bit more expensive, but why go cheap when spent a touch more then get something you know that will last and is worth the money and possible time to find and purchase. NO BRAINER.
