Huge store... 2 floors.. Good price's, friendly staff.. but its a big store with no customer toilet!! I was kindly taken to the staff toilet was a bit of a trek and was less than impressed with the cleanliness.. Morrell of the story.. pee before you go x
I went to the range today to look for an item which they did not have, and because I went in with my own bag and did not buy anything i was accused of shop lifting! I am a loyal customer and I have been going there for over the past 2 years! I am a white man who was stopped by a black man who I have never seen before which i do not appreciate l! As a loyal customer, I WILL continue to shop there, but for future reference I will be video recording as I shop as today was just ridiculous!
The Range in Swindon is becoming complicated. Staff are not very helpful, they push you from one colleague to another. No one smiles, looks like they do not want to attend you. There was a lady today at the Costumer Service, basically she had all the excuses to not attend me with my shopping and my return, she kept sending me to the quew to be attended at the tills. Rude face, never showed good will to attend me.nNo toilet that can be used for an emergency, I had to rush my shopping as I needed the loo.nHuge quews. Some items are left on the shelves with defects, sometimes all the stock of the same item has defect. Stocks are not updated.nDecorations for the home are not so diverse as used to be, the shop is not tidy enough. Requires improvement in many ways.
horrible only 1 person in till que going round to iceland food area had brought loads of xmas glass hanging ornaments was told no bubble wrap no blue paper and no boxs to keep them safe but I could purchase plastic bag what would that do from stopping them smashing into each other I know they come in with protective boxs . the range you only get 1 star as I coudnt give u zero also the staff is just rude.
My daughter regularly drags us the 12 miles to this particular store in Swindon because it's just the best branch we've ever been to. The staff are cracking, and they're always up for a laugh and a chat. The range of stock is always good. Parking and disabled access is superb, with a lift to the 1st floor.
