Only good point is the size of the store and I did see staff helping customers with a smile.nnHOWEVER, a lot of prices are wrong, or just not displayed at all ended up spending an extra £15 than what we worked out from the shelving POS. The shelving in a lot of places in the shop were unorganised, i.e. items were not above the right POS or they were just a mess with some items in several places with no POS. There were empty boxes on a pallet next to some of the mid aisle displays which just looked cluttered.nnI haven't worked in retail in a long time. But I can't believe this is what an OK standard is of running a store. I think the manager here needs a good store walk and discussion on what good standards are.nnDisaster store! Sort it out!
Friendly helpful staff. Lay out of the store is a little cramped but they have done well with the space available. Usually find what I'm looking for apart from that one time I came in with an Irish singer who I believe still hasn't.
Nice big store, plenty of products but the store management do not provide enough staff to man the tills. When I was there, there was one poor lady serving a queue of about 30 people. Eventually another person was sent to open up another till but she must have been struggling alone for 30 minutes or more.
Popped into the Range for a look around,it’s the ideal place to go to for something for the home.They have a wide range of household goods arranging from pictures to bits of furniture,plus all the other bits and pieces that you will need.Had a cuppa and a bite to eat in DeeDees cafe which is upstairs in the store,it’s a bit basic,no salad with my panini but it was quite nice.We bought a lovely picture to go on the wall in our living room at a very good price,This shop is well worth a look around.
Whilst it is a huge store it was very disorganised and chaotic. It didn't have what i had travelled in for and i found it very disappointing. Staff seemed helpful enough though and cheerful which to me makes it look outwardly a good place to work. It makes me want to ring ahead in the future to check stock before using fuel on a wasted journey. Not that i can guarantee anyone will actually go and look for me.nThe iceland part of the store was a bit bleak too. Most of it was empty and not a great deal of choice of what was left.nOverall just a bit of a let down!nI did however come away with some unexpected items that i never knew they sold make up so not an entire wasted trip.
