Awful Management !!! The female manager is so awfully rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The worst sour faced women I have ever met in my life!! I had brand new pair of trainers worn once that the knit material had started to come away on the trainer. So returned to the store as advised to be met with this awful women who done nothing but spoke to us and looked at us like we where dirt on her shoe the whole time we where in the store. She picked up the trainer said we had scuffed it while wearing it and she refused to replace. She refused us a 2nd opinion and refused to give me any contact details for anyone above her. This women should never have a job in retail she gasps no customer service skills in the slightest and looking at previous reviews I’m not the first customer she has done this to. Flannels really need to look at who they are employing absolute shambles of a store!!
Staff constantly watch you, makes you feel uncomfortable and makes you not want to spend money in there.
Awful service. The manager female, didn’t catch the name was rude and unhelpful. Had a good chat with some of the staff in their when serving me who felt the same and were open about being ready to walk out!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Very disappointed with the customer service. The item I purchased was coming apart at the seams after the first time waring it and they WOULD NOT replace it or give me a refund, they instead offered me a tiny discount and told me I would need to get the item repaired myself, it's a total joke if you ask me, you pay a premium price therefore you expect premium quality!!! Save your money and go elsewhere
Just don't like entering this building, if you are there to look at clothes or shoes you feel as if they have judged you before you walked in. Some staff are friendly and some are not as nice. One lady butted in on my conversation with my friend which I felt was very rude as she shouldn't be listening in. The clothes there are smart and stylish. Well some are. But unless you have £500 lying around your struggle to buy something.
Incredible selection of items to buy, and the only place in town where I can find a pair of glasses to fit my face! I was looking for a particular item in the shop, that wasnt available, bit was swiftly approached by a member of staff, with a warm welcome and a smile, I asked, and got told the item is available online, with free next day delivery. Great shop. Cheers to all the staff in Swindon.
Good store with a limited number of items of some designer brands. The customer service is ridiculous like showing a bag from the window but he didn't allow me to hold the bag as the price was 1700 pounds and he was afraid I could run away from the store with it. In the end, I said goodbye but he was too important to reply back.
They have nice sun glasses
I ordered an item into store and paid for it up front. Communication from the store was poor, and it took 3 in person visits over 2 weeks for someone to finally tell me my item wasn't coming and to refund me for my purchase. This was followed up with a reminder to spend my in store voucher! This is the first time I've shopped at flannels and I certainly won't be doing so again. Very disappointing. I'd recommend you order your items from a different retailer.
