Amazing prices and always amazes me wandering through shopping and spotting a little something you have to get , great job
Rude and unsympathetic staff. I left in the end. There are no seats for disabled or just tired customers, and still only one set of tills open over three floors, so horrific queues.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes with several heavy items of workwear, it was finally my turn to be served. As I approached the counter, the sales assistant walked away without noticing me. I waited patiently, assuming she would return, but she did not. I then asked the young Indian gentleman at the adjacent till for assistance. He disregarded my situation and simply told me that I would have to go back to the end of the queue. His response was particularly upsetting given my condition, as I am pregnant, and was already feeling tired and very warm after making a 40-minute journey to the store. I believe his approach was not only unhelpful but also insensitive. Instead of addressing my concern or offering to assist me after his current customer, he chose to dismiss me.This experience was very disappointing, especially considering that my partner and I run several local shops ourselves, and we would never treat our customers in such a manner.nI hope that the management at Primark will address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to handle such situations with more empathy and professionalism. While I do not wish to use my pregnancy as an excuse, I believe that all customers deserve respectful and considerate service.
The wait time in the morning is just too long.. managers should put in consideration that customers come to spend their money... And make a good sale for Primark.. customers waiting time shold be minimal! It's the 2nd time this has happened to me.. it gets difficult for elderly and a pregnant women to stand in a queue of 12 people or more.. and there is just 2 colleagues serving on a till... When there are enough colleagues on the shop floor facing up or tidying up... The shop area! There is no urgency for mangers to call for staff on tills to get the queue to minimal.. when managers and staff giggle and chat with each others, they shoul serve the customers first... Pls add more morning staff so your daily customers don't have to face this issue again! Or els u will loose all your valuable customers...
Shopping went well but the line on the till is so big and when you have a little one with you it's way too difficult in that long line I think Primark should consider disabled and parents with kids line separate or increase their staff on tills
