I bought a pair of pyjamas yesterday in primark swindon and went home found out that the top is missing in the pack and the team manager who's name is Franclita whom I approached for the missing item did not really do her job to assist me instead she straightaway told me she cant do nothing about my issue... she is not friendly and being rude in front of other customer.... it is not what u r expecting to a team manager who cannot handle a simple situation... im really so disappointed on how she handle my issue about missing item that I bought ... this is not right to treat customer in a situation that a customer needs help on the item they bought.... she should not be a team manager coz she dont know nothing.... primark have to terminate people not doing their job....
Only 2 people on tills. Biiiig queue. Go upstairs they say.. to find a row of self service tills manned by team of staff lol u even have to scan the receipt to escape that area.
Friendly Staff at this Primark, it’s normally quite tidy and organized. The self service tills downstairs have helped reduce the queue although, having to scan the receipt to leave sometimes does not work causing a queue of people to form, sometimes it’s just left open completely.nnIt’s normally quite easy to find what you are looking for and the store follows quite an easy to follow layout. Although, be aware it can get extremely hot in here in the summer and the queue for the manned tills on the ground floor is huge most of the time.
Very nice and clean Store, friendly and helpful staff, if You cant find what Your looking for they are more than pleased to show You to the product.
