I have back issues intermittently over the past 20 years and been to see many Osteopaths but never really sorted the problem. I was recommended Chris about 2 and half years ago. Chris was very patient and listened carefully. He gave me a number of stretching recommendations as well as treatments. My back now feels amazing, and although i still get the odd twinge Chris has worked wonders with my back and I cannot recommend him enough. I have seriously been to see over 15 different osteopaths over the years and Chris was the only one who didn't try and get me to book a course of treatments. He was able to treat me in one go and give me clear advice that has worked wonders.

My husband and I have seen Chris on numerous occasions for various ailments and cannot thank him enough for successfully helping us.  He has treated back, neck, groin, arm and jaw issues and has suggested various exercises that help us both subsequently keep well.  In addition we both have been impressed by how well he explains things and talks you through the treatment process and he is always available to answer any further questions or doubts you may have.  We thoroughly recommend Chris and will continue to see him in the future for regular maintenance treatments if required.  L & M B

Could not recommend more.
Had been seeing a chiropractor for over 3months to find my shoulder was getting worse. Chris sorted my shoulder problem in 2 treatments. 
Chris is professional and incredibly knowledgeable.

I went to see Chris at the Better Health Clinic on recommendation from a friend.
After a few questions, Chris had worked out what was wrong with my back and with absolute professionalism he sorted it right out. Could not recommend him enough to anyone.

I didn’t believe in miracles until I visited Better Health. Having suffered from serious back issues for years and undergoing treatment, I’m now fit and healthy after a couple of sessions. Subsequently, having been knocked off my bike and suffering a torn rotator cuff injury, I was soon back in the saddle thanks to some great treatment and advice on recouperarion. First class expertise and very friendly.
