The Worst Physio appointment I have ever had. I went in with a serious shoulder complaint; she poked me three times in the back with her finger, did a mobility check and then gave me forearm exercises and told me to do push ups. I could barely hear her behind her mask and she didn't want to get near me I assume becuase of Covid concerns. the room was boiling hot with no ventilation. AVOID at all costs.
This was not a physio assessment, I was prodded a couple of times and told to stretch for 10 seconds a day.
Injured my knee over 2 months ago from falling and have not been able to run since. The physician I saw at Ann Physiocare Watford gave me a through assesment to see where the problem was and many strenghting exercises, leaving me hopeful to return to running soon!
