Senior lady was very rude to me when I asked for direction receptionist to the gym. I didn't speak to her and she approached from back office and asked me to leave because she needs to speak to receptionist. What a amazing customer service. Gym on the other hand is good. Just unpleasant first experience with staff.

The YMCA Watford is a shadow of its former self run down by staff who simply couldn't care any less. There is a massive issue with the food that staff are simply ignoring despite a petition being started and numerous complaints from various residents. I have witnessed male staff sexually harass other members of staff and residents but they feel powerless to do anything out of fear of losing their job or being kicked out. Dust flows in through the windows because of the construction site next to it making it very unhealthy to leave windows open long. To summarise Watford YMCA is a horrendously bad place to live with staff who don't care one bit and that serves food you wouldn't even want to feed to a dog. I wouldn't even give it the one star I have but it was impossible to give it any less. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this building as you can.

I always associate YMCA as a homeless shelter. Guess you can work out in this one.
