OK place, nothing to shout about, quick service, friendly staff but dated
Such a great local pub. Not fancy, just nice and friendly. Plus, you can tell the beer lines are cleaned and taken care of as it's the best pint in Horsham. The landlord, barstaff and patrons are all welcoming. What a proper English pub should be.
Dropped in for a few outdoor pints. It's a classic pub. IE not overly pushed into family style chain restaurant. Bar staff and landlords were friendly and welcoming. Glad it's my new local.
A good local pub, no bar food but the drink selection is good. Has a couple of pool tables unless there is a band on. Darts available and often screens football and rugby matches. There is a small bar area that is on its own and can be hired for private function ut otherwise offers a quieter environment if preferred.
Bedford is a more traditional pub and is great for watching Sports with your mates or playing pool or Darts. Has a Saloon bar which is quieter but not always open which is a pity. Good outside area in the Summer. What you see is what you get - no fancy beers or 1000 gins here!
This pub has an ample sized bar with a wide variety of lagers and ales available. There are two pool tables which cost a pound a go and are in good condition. There are also a few screens which are able to show both Sky and BT Sports.
Used to be my local before I moved away. Always loved it here. Best pint of London Pride for miles
Just two ales on tap, and a twenty minute wait at the bar. More choice and more staff please... On my next visit my irradiated potato was devoid of butter and the salad of any sort of dressing. This was after I was told the pizza want available, and chips weren't offered as anything other than a side. If you can't do food please don't offer it.
Good table service was a little busier than i was totally comfortable , but I visited on the Saturday night before lockdown so that was my choice. No food but beer and drinks were excellent.
