We both went and had the Sunday roast! I had the vegan option and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back. Staff were were very friendly aswell
I love the beer garden. Especially these days. It feels like a hidden little world. Almost normal. Staff v.friendly and quick service. People inside seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Range of ales not as good as usual probably covid? would be nice if offered menu, lots of pubs do this, assume single middle aged males do not want to eat! Perhaps staff should visit Portugal to see how to offer service! Females behind bar not good at service, one male member doing most of the service
Over priced, staff disengaging and overrated food. £9 for this prawn cocktail and two of the thinnest bits of bread you can imagine with no butter, main okay, but nothing special and same for dessert. Drinks also made inconsistently mixer/spirit ratio
Polite and friendly staff. The pub has a lovely atmosphere, with an open log fire, so warm and cosy. Good food and choice of drinks.
A decent boozer that sells some great ales and really friendly staff.
Festive roast dinner a solid 9/10 Best I've had this season. Friendly staff, cosy twinkling atmosphere, spaceous, Clean. Loved it, thankyou!
