A generous 2*. The kitchen was shut on our visit, this wasn't noted on door and wasn't obvious. The place just had a nasty smell, a smell I'm familiar with when in derelict places! It had just gone midday so you'd expect it to be clean but the place was disgusting. Floor was sticky when walking and the the tables were also sticky with ring marks from the previous nights drinks. There was also clearly a drink spilt as the remains were left on the floor and table. You only get 2* due to location and convenience but wouldn't visit again. Thought I'd try it after a few years, when it was terrible back then. But no change, still terrible.
Recently stayed in the area visiting family and decided to try this place out for a lunch. It was fantastic. The kids loved the desserts and I was very happy with my sticky toffee pudding also!
Clean. Staff friendly. Only gave 3 as only had a quick pre dinner drink here
Fantastic Pub! Even Better now that the new people are in charge - this is what we have been crying out for especially now the other pubs are so woeful. If you haven't been in recently you need to give it a try! Great beer and a warm welcome. The new menu looks cracking too - I'll be in for a pizza ASAP!
Great evening! Bar staff and manager amazing! Thank you so much for making our evening memorable highly recommended!
Friendly staff and relaxing environment good range of drinks but could do with some crisps
Ended up in Horsham in odd circumstances.. however found the Marstons branded 'The Lintot' the barman was friendly & welcoming with a great sense of humour. The drinks were lovely.. A pint of Estrella and Pedigree went down a treat in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend if in the area.
Greeted by a lovely lady called Lydia , only stayed for a few drinks but was made to feel very welcome
Having just moved into the area, it was key to get to sample the local pubs and the Lintot was the first on the list. Lovely clean pub, airy and bright. Great service from friendly staff and looking forward to getting back there sometime this week!
If you like scummy the lintot is the place to go! Dirty tables from the night before, rude useless staff, food is shockingly poor.
