I definitely recommend no one to go to this parlor, I went to do my eyebrows to this parlor and it was a disaster, i clearly told the lady to keep my eyebrows thick and long ,whereas she did completely the opposite, she made my right eyebrow thin and left one think and short. When I questioned then she told she only tidy my brows and I it’s looks perfect. I am never going again.Very poor service.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Do not use this Salon. Poor service & un- professionalism. I went to the salon 10 days ago to book an appt for today. This was for hair treatment, on that day the lady only visually checked my hair and said its going to cost £130. They took my name & number. I went there today for my appt & they didn't even remember today's appt. They checked their diary and made a comment of surprise realising their mistake, they told me they had forgotten and had not ordered the specialist hair products. They then said they hadn't seen my hair, but another lady in the salon realised that they did when I went and showed them last week. They then said it will cost more than £130. They offered me a Sunday appt but I'd lost trust that the products would even arrive that quick given their poor service thus far. They don't have a proper electronic diary booking system. Do not use this Salon, spend your money wisely elsewhere.

Yesterday i spent £45 for waxing, but there is still hair in my hand hand lags they didn’t done good work , i am very disappointed with their work ..  Never go again

Thy do good services but there is lack of cleanliness. The hair cutting tools r dirty .so if thy fix this they will be more good.

Saira has been a regular customer for a long time and regularly got her eyebrows threaded and hair cut before. She went in on Friday to have a cut and thin down of her hair and was booked with Roshni. Once Roshni attempted to thin down her hair, it caused Saira extreme discomfort and pain and screamed for 5 minutes from the pulling of hair. The salon owner was sat there and not assisted until Saira asked the owner why was this causing pain. Then she told Roshni "you don't do it like that, do it like this" and sat back down. The pain didn't stop even though  Saira repeatedly told her to stop because it was still causing  her pain. When she confronted them about the experience, they demanded payment and told her she was not welcome to return for any of their services. Roshni was unprofessional and rude and the Salon owner didn't think of the customer's concerns at all and was very concerned with demanding £20 instead of listening to what Saira was upset about. Instead, Roshni told Saira to next time take pain killers when she has her haircut.
