Lol i asked to cut off my split ends and make the ends straight but they decided to cut the ends of my hair in the way the split end curved. The hairdresser was so stupid she wad talking to customers or speaking on the phone while cutting my hair. *Ridiculous and unprofessional*

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EYEBROWS! I came in for a threading. I clearly stated that I only wanted to get the stray hairs removed and not to touch anything else. She then proceeded to thin out my eyebrows even after I told her not to. It used to be so thick and beautiful, now it just looks like a horrible line. Customer service was terrible. The lady who did my eyebrows was talking to another lady behind her and kept looking back WHILST threading my brows. She was clearly not concentrating. My worst experience at a salon, and trust me, I've had my fair share.

I've been a regular customer here for the last two years and have never been able to fault the service. Shobha's is my go-to salon for all treatments, from regular facials to nails and threading. The staff are friendly and always make an effort to remember your specific needs and preferences. I have always been impressed by the products used, as well as the expertise that staff members frequently share. It is also lovely to be able to have a chat with everyone there - you're immediately at ease and know you're in good hands. Last but not least, the prices are unrivalled - I always feel like I should be paying far more for what I receive!

Very attentive and friendly, understood my complexion and skin type and did the perfect makeup that enhanced my features. Products are great too and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend her!

I've used this salon for years, all the women in my family too. The service is brilliant, the treatments are the best I've found. Really friendly staff, and ridiculously good value prices. I had the staff do my wedding make up too, and they were perfect, as well as doing the mehndi for my mehndi night - me and all my girls were so chuffed! Top recommendation
