Purchased through groupon - had extreme difficulty booking a slot - they kept saying they would call back and didn't. I had to keep trying - and once I had finally got a date and time I was left a voicemail 2 hours before my appointment saying they had to cancel my booking. Disappointment again! Furthermore even though they had cancelled the booking when I checked on Groupon it said my voucher had been redeemed. How was this posssible when I did not even attend? Was soo disappointed by their customer service. Essentially lost the money as I paid for a treatment that I did not even end up having.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought a groupon.  What a waste of money!!!!  £29.  Finally managed to book an appt on 3rd attempt at calling.  Not easy to find and had to go up a flight of steep, dark narrow steps to get to the reception area.  There was no nice welcome.  Just took my voucher and taken into a room with a noisy fan heater.  Did not feel at all at ease and actually felt quite uncomfortable.  Massage was not very relaxing. I did not feel that she was qualified to use the microderbasion machine as she just scraped it over my face.  I asked her to stop. Would not recommend or return here again.  AVOID!!!

I never usually review but I booked a Groupon for an LVL lash treatment which was £25. The lady who did the treatment hardly spoke to me and huffed and puffed while I lay there for 45 minutes. I felt awkward.  I didn't wet my eyelashes for 48 hours. However, 5 days on and the curl has gone and clumps on eyelash dye has come off. They just look like they have been slightly tinted, which I could've had done for £5 in my local beauty salon. I'm not sure exactly what I expected from an LVL lash treatment but on their price list it is priced at £45. I wouldn't pay that amount for what I've been left with after less than a week. Disappointed!

Booked an 8 treatment Vellashape package but found it extremely difficult to make weekly appointments.  You cannot book at the Clinic or with Therapist you have to call the owner who is off site and doesn't answer your calls or return them.  You cannot make appointments and if you do you are double booked.  There is no confidence to show up in case he hasn't booked you in.  Disappointed with the delivery of service.  Not customer focused.  I have asked for my money back.  No reply!  Perhaps Trading Standards need to be contacted?

Due to the unprofessional nature of this spa, I have gotten a refund on the groupon. I have called three times, had various people answer, people are not coordinated. I got a confirmation, then someone else called and had no idea, etc. I’ve had someone hang up on me twice, and have had someone swearing in the background at someone else when I called. This has been the worst customer experience I have had and will definitely not try to make an appointment again.

I had a Groupon and a Wowcher and they just won't book me in.  I really wanted a salt scrub  as so rare to get.  I'm partially disabled so physical pampering is so helpful.  The terrible communication though has stressed me out.  Dreadful communication!  Don't waste your time!

Horrendous! Booked our spa treatment that my mum and I received for our birthday - turned up on the day and time and all locked up - no one there. Called x 2 went straight to voicemail and left 2 messages. Waited for 10 minutes but no call back. Called back again today as hoped that all was a mistake on their part but still voicemail and now mailbox is full so can't leave any nessages. Shocking!!!!! Clearly not interested in their customers! Will never recommend this place and will not be taking up our spa treatment here

if I could give this place a 0 I would. the lady at the desk was polite. the lady who gave the treatment that I purchased via groupon was nice... however, she had no freaking idea what she was doing on me. i actually wondered if she was qualified at all. one example was the microdermabrasion facial... well she swiped the wand over my face in three different places and apparently that was microdermabrasion. horrendous. they should close this place down and the ppl who gave it a great rating ... really.? u know those r family and friends. Please.

I bought a voucher via Groupon for LvL lash and tint! It's wasn't great. After 3 cancellations finally managed to get a appointment, the lady was nice, but the treatment was poor. My lashes have not made a huge difference at all. They have lifted slightly but no major change. My eyelash curlers do a better job I still have glue left on my eyelids, and the procedure stunk my eyes quite bad. At one point had to tell her to stop.  And they state LVL lashes, but to be honest I don't think they actually use LVL.  Wouldn't go back here for lashes again. Will try another salon and get them done to see if it's any better that way I'll knw If it's my eyes or the treatment but I'm pretty sure the products they used didn't lift the lashes.

I really enjoyed the treatment. The staff was very helpful and Masho I hope I got the name right was very welcoming and attentive. Although the venue is quite modest the prices are very competitive. I will definitely go back! Thank you all!
