I was a customer here for 2 years and used to be very happy, but when the therapist I had left the place totally went down hill- they can’t seem to keep their staff and any they do get in since are college student or leavers who aren’t very good. I complained about a girl who did a facial on me and then took my mask off with the dirty water and from then on was told to only have the owners wife. 
However I did not get my last appointment as owner often books appointments and then thinks it’s ok to cancel ten minutes before when I’m basically arriving at the salon. I was also told to come for an eyebrow wax on my lunch break but when I arrived his wife had started to wax another client (full body) so there was no one to do me.
I won’t be returning I’ve had my time wasted enough, no apology from them  nothing such awful customer service

I went this spa yesterday and had the full body scrub and hot stone massage which i fall a sleep, my therapist was Raheela. it was the best massage i have ever had and i will defiantly be going back.

Its hard to find a good beauty parlour/spa in East London, this is defo one of the best! my mum and sister had deep cleansing facials by two therapists named Ruby and Sunita and they were very good!

This salon is absolutely luxurious, the salon is nice and affordable but the experience is worth so much more! I am a regular customer that comes here for everything massages,waxing,facial, haircuts, manicure, pedicure and I can assure you they are amazing at what they do, all staff are well experienced aswell. The vibes are really chill and friendly and I can assure you, you will leave this salon absolutely satisfied.

I think La Chic beauty saloon is the best and ad fordble in Clayhall . I had severely treatments
hot stone massage by the owner . and facial and pedicure my Maisie. .
the staff are very polight and all ways offer you tea or coffee with biscuits.  plus free Wi-Fi.
I will also recommend to my friends and family . and all ways come back Later Chic .
