I couldn't fault my last visit. Customer service was top class, I used the gym followed by the spa. Both facilities were clean to a good standard and the gym staff offered advice on a few new exercises.

Great experience at Fullwell Cross Leisure, great gym session and fitness class, relaxing Spa experience and had a good swim. 

The staff there are outstanding, received great customer service. Changing rooms were very clean and tidy and left very pleased with the service.

I have been to the Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre with the intention to become a member at the Centre. Both me and my friend went to the reception desk were we have been received by two very bored looking ladies and after me and my friend decided to actually apply for the enrollement one of the ladies literally started to laugh for some reason in our faces making us feel like stupid and just felt the urge to leave the place as we felt embarrassed. Very unprofessional stuff and we felt like we had to try so hard to actually get some information about the membership and the facilities. Not very felpful they made us feel like they make us a favour to even talk to us. The place looked dull and very busy especially at the gym area , the spa looked very doggy and it smelled a little funny. Overpriced considering the facilities and the stuff... after this experience we have found some other lovely place to actually enjoy some quality time and where we’ve actually been treated like normal. 
Do not recommend..

Not bad...I found some receptionists v friendly some of them show attitude but overall not bad..I refered by gp for gym Nd I m enjoying it...but I didn't find teachers much cooperated.u should do attention on those who haven't use gym in their life Nd using for the first time...🤔... please don't ignore them...yes of course changing areas r much dirtier Nd smelly...but still I enjoyed at gym...

Avoid like the plague! The stuff are rude and unfriendly. Who employed these people? They act entitled and think they are doing us a favour. Drug addicts would do a better job! Also the place is grotty. The pool has areas with mould.
