Best gym you can find at the area. Reception is welcoming all the stuff member are friendly and helpful. Have all the gym equipments needed. Have a women's section only. Also the steam and sauna is separated from men's tahts another good point !

Just signed up.. had a nice gentleman "Hassan" show me around (thoroughly) whilst we spoke about what the gym had to offer 😒 oh and it is a 12 month contract which sometimes could be a bummer if you're not enjoying it.. my experience today was positive fingers crossed it stays that way.

Worst customer service gym in ilford. 1st expereince is the worst i have ever exoereinces. From the female gym staff all the way to the manager. Appalled. Maybe they should get training in customer service. And learning how to answer questions. Called customer service of fitness first even worse customer service. Save your £40 pounds a month and go to easy gym or anytime fitness or puregym. Trust me the equiptment is oldd dated and the gym floor is small and cramped.
