I had a voucher for one treatment at peppermint, due to their very stringent 24 hour cancellation policy they wouldn't let me reschedule my appointment which I found very disappointing. The staff in general were very friendly, but the owner certainly wasn't. I guess he's more interested in his profit margins. I tend to find customers with voucher code are always treated differently to full paying customers and this just proves it! He was not particularly accommodating or understanding with the situation I was in. He took my voucher code off the phone and has probably tried to claim the money back from the vendor, which I plan to protest against. If customer service is what you are looking for, your better off with the salon opposite (Natura) this place as that's where I decided to go and was very impressed with their services.

They have a new owner who change the look of the salon . Feel like home. Love the staff zaynab and heena are fab

Friendly staff, all very pleasant. I started off doing waxing 3 years ago and then decided to get IPL hair removal done on my back. Always treated with the utmost professionalism. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a groupon for a mani & pedi here, but there was definitley nothing else to be had, including customer service, and knowledge of their so-called profession. To begin with, they do not answer their phones, no matter how many times it rings. Someone needs to inform them that a mani-pedi is not just polish on your fingers and toes. I had to make the girl file my nails, but there was no chance that she was going to even soak and fix my cuticles, nor even trim my nails. This is not a recommended place. I am skeptical of their qualifications. My four year old niece can polish nails, but she doesn't work in a salon. The owner has a lot to answer for in this place. I do NOT recommend Peppermint Tanning & Beauty. I might also suggest that the owner stops creating fake reviews (which are worded all the same, by the way) to make her place sound better than it is. AVOID.
