My wife and I have just thoroughly enjoyed an overnight stay having acquired a deal on a well known secret website. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The reception, very welcoming and efficient. The room, spacious and spotless. The dinner tasty and beautifully presented. The staff courteous and very attentive. It was very obvious everyone enjoyed their jobs and made the hotel what it is. I would highly recommend this hotel to all and after having a sneaky peek in the barn it looked like a fantastic venue for weddings and parties.Please look on their website for some cracking special events involving trips on the river which runs along side this fabulous place. I will be dropping hints for the Father's Day special if it's not already fully booked.

We attended the barns hotel for early dinner on a Thursday. It was pleasantly quiet. We ordered from the bar menu. Would highly recommend the Apple crumble cheesecake. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant offered a brilliant view of the river. Quite expensive for just bar menu food.

Nice spacious room in a nice riverside location with a tasty breakfast the next morning. Drinks are a little pricey but the Heineken did taste very nice.

Room very nice, clean and Comfy. Very welcoming. Though breakfast was a little expensive.

Great hotel. It was ashamed my stay was spoilt because they did not have enough staff to cope at dinner time when they had a function and bumped the residents to a side room. I gave on the sweet course after waiting one and a half hours to get through the first two courses.
